If you haven’t heard yet, Audio Authority released its second-generation  CAT5 routing matrix switcher, the AVATrix AVX-562.   Like the preceeding AVX-661 and AVX-561,   the AVX-562 has six HD component video inputs (each with digital audio) and six CAT5 outputs — user expandable up to 36 CAT5 outputs.

Each CAT5 output connects to a CAT5 receiver which has an HD Component video output and digital audio output and IR receiver jack.
